About Us
- No player is guaranteed playing time in a tournament without participating in practices, showing maximum enthusiasm, demonstrating good sportsmanship, participating in club fund raisers, participating in officiating and score keeping assignments, and working at developing his/her own skills.
- No player is guaranteed a specific position. All positions are determined by the coach. The coach will assess the strengths and weaknesses of all players to determine where an athlete best fits in the line-up.
- No player is guaranteed membership for future seasons. Each new season, Court Masters will conduct "Open Try-outs". Each player is required to "try out" in order to make a team. The number of teams and roster size will be determined by:
- Number of available coaches
- Availability of facilities
- Number of talented athletes
FYI - Coach's children automatically make "a team" but must try out to be picked for a specific team. - A coaching committee along with age appropriate Coaches will determine the roster of each team. Teams will not be organized by high school, junior high school, or any other organization that players may belong to. If this should happen, it is merely coincidence.
- No player may leave a tournament without permission from the coach. Often, it is customary to have a refereeing assignment when eliminated from tournament play. All players are expected to be present during their team's last officiating assignment.
- All players are to attend all practices and tournaments. Notification of absence to coach is mandatory. Coaches may have the discretion of sitting a player out who habitually misses practices.
- All players are to conduct themselves with the highest level of sportsmanship when representing the club. Failure to do so may result in suspension and possible expulsion if infraction is severe enough to warrant.
